Fleet Oil Changes
Correct oil specification and the right filter per vehicle, performed where the fleet parks. Intervals tracked visit to visit.

Fleet Service · For businesses and organizations
Mobile maintenance solutions for local business fleets. A vehicle sitting at a repair facility is a vehicle that is not earning — so we service light-duty fleets at your yard, lot or job site instead.

Fleet work performed by a BBB Accredited Business.
Who this is for
Fleet Service is a different conversation than consumer service. You are not booking one repair — you are managing uptime across a group of vehicles that all have to work tomorrow morning.
Taking one vehicle to a repair facility costs a driver, a round trip and usually most of a working day. For services that can appropriately be performed mobile, that downtime is avoidable.
We schedule around your operation — staggering vehicles so you are never missing more than you can afford to, and documenting every visit so the maintenance record follows the vehicle instead of living in somebody's memory.
Current fleet scope
Fleet Service brings our mobile maintenance, diagnostics and qualifying repair work to your yard, lot or job site on a schedule that fits your operation.
Correct oil specification and the right filter per vehicle, performed where the fleet parks. Intervals tracked visit to visit.
Service intervals tracked vehicle by vehicle, with reminders before a due date turns into downtime.
Documented condition reporting across the fleet so nothing on a vehicle is a surprise at the worst possible moment.
Scheduled, documented service within the currently authorized scope, so maintenance can be budgeted instead of reacted to.
Scope
Photographs, technician notes and repair priorities per vehicle. No invoices for work nobody can explain, and no repairs approved on a phone call you cannot verify.
Not our lane
Flat tires, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, emergency tire replacement and roadside assistance are handled by the Roadside Division of Redneck Roadside Tech. One company, two specialized divisions — the Roadside Division gets you moving again, this Mobile Service Division keeps you moving.

Questions
Scheduling windows are arranged directly with each fleet so vehicles stay productive during business hours. Call or text and we will tell you what our current schedule allows.
From a couple of work trucks to a full yard of light-duty vehicles. We do not perform heavy diesel repair and we do not work on tractor-trailers.
Every visit is documented with photographs and written notes so you have a running maintenance record per vehicle.
Mobile oil service, documented vehicle inspections and routine preventive maintenance planning within that scope. Repairs beyond that scope are not part of Fleet Service.
No. We come to the fleet. Service happens at your yard, lot or job site so vehicles are not tied up driving to and from a repair facility.
Transparent pricing
Mobile repair pricing is quoted per job because no two vehicles, locations or repairs are identical. Here is exactly what moves the number, so nothing about your invoice is a surprise.
A compact sedan, a three-quarter-ton work truck and a Class C RV are three different jobs, even for the same repair.
Access, fasteners, and how much has to come apart drive labor time more than the part itself does.
Quality tier and availability change the number. We tell you which option we are quoting and why.
You may supply your own parts. We will explain the trade-offs on warranty and fitment before we install them.
Same-day and after-hours requests are accommodated where possible and are quoted up front.
Distance from our Norwood base and the working conditions on site factor into the quote.
Mobile oil change packages start at $79. Everything else is quoted for your specific vehicle before any work begins — and we hold that quote.

GPS dispatch advantage
Instead of describing a driveway, a back lot or the far corner of an office park, you can securely share your precise GPS location when you request service. It is optional, it is used only to dispatch your appointment, and it makes the whole visit smoother.
Need emergency roadside help instead? Redneck Roadside handles that.

Your shared coordinates route our technician straight to the vehicle instead of to a general address.
Real distance beats a guessed address, so the arrival window we quote is the one you actually get.
No transposed house numbers, no wrong-side-of-the-street confusion, no wasted trips.
Large office, apartment and retail lots are hard to describe. A pin puts us at the right row.
If the vehicle is parked somewhere unfamiliar, a location share removes all the guesswork.
Where we work
Our home base is 2219 Park Avenue, Norwood, Ohio 45212. Norwood sits near the middle of the Cincinnati map, which is exactly why we chose it — everything we serve expands outward from there. Customers closest to Norwood typically experience the fastest response times, and we still serve the greater Cincinnati metro, Clermont County and Northern Kentucky.
These neighborhoods sit closest to 2219 Park Avenue in Norwood, so they typically see our fastest scheduling and shortest arrival windows.
Regularly scheduled service across the wider Hamilton, Butler and Clermont County area. Arrival windows are slightly longer than Tier 1.
Served by appointment. Tell us the location when you request service and we will confirm scheduling honestly rather than over-promise.
Do not see your neighborhood? Ask anyway. We would rather tell you honestly that a location is outside our range than book a visit we cannot make on time.
